At Listen Up Doc!, we believe knowledge is power and every woman deserves clear, trustworthy information about her health. These guides are here to help you speak up in the doctor’s office, understand your body and take the guesswork out of care. Whether you're navigating period products or preparing for a medical conversation, each guide offers real-world tips you can use right away.
Our “Hey, Listen Up Doc!” series was born from the kinds of private conversations our founder, Kassidy, often had with friends and family. After many of those talks, she would think, “We should be having this conversation in a public space so others can benefit from it.”
If you have a question about your health care journey that you’d like Kassidy to address, send us an email at listenupdocproject@gmail.com or tag us on Instagram with @heylistenupdoc. Please let us know if you’d like to remain anonymous or if you’re open to a shout-out.
